The Dromana Foreshore Committee of Management acknowledge and pay respect to the Bunurong / BoonWurrung people as the original custodians of Dromana foreshore land and waters; their unique ability to care for Country and deep spiritual connection to it. We honour Elders past and present whose knowledge and wisdom have ensured the continuation of culture and traditional practices.

CARAVAN PARK

 

​The Dromana Foreshore Caravan Park provides 47 sites and operates from 1st December to 30th April each year. 

BOATSHEDS

TOILETS   I    All our foreshore public toilets are currently open daily during daylight hours.

 

DOGS   I    All of our beaches, bay trail and reserves require dogs to be on leads at ALL times. There are no leash free areas on Dromana beaches. Mornington Peninsula Shire rangers patrol our beach and are able to issues fines when a dog owner is found in breach of these rules.

BOAT RAMP   I   Use of boat launching and retrieval at the Anthony’s Nose boat ramp within the Dromana Foreshore Reserve is free of charge. The operation of the boat ramp, during the months it is open, will be managed by the volunteers from the Peninsula Power Boat Club for the 2023/24 season.​ 

DROMANA FORESHORE COMMITTEE

Committees are appointed by the Victorian Government under the Crown Land Reserves Act to manage foreshore reserves along the Mornington Peninsula. Our passionate volunteer members endeavour to preserve and improve the Dromana Foreshore Reserve so it continues to be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
